Frank was born on September 2, 1946 and passed away on Monday, March 25, 2013.
Frank was a resident of Covington, Louisiana at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Wanda.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend the funeral mass at 9:30 AM on Friday, April 19, 2013 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 2090 Pass Road, Biloxi, MS 39531. Immediately following mass on Friday, interment with military honors will take place at Biloxi National Cemetery.
