Grandfather of Nicholas "Tré" Wiebelt, Christopher Wiebelt and Mason Mendoza. Son of the late James A. Petty, Sr. and Edell Owens Petty. Brother of Anita Petty (Fred) and twin sister, Jane Dulcich (Larry).
