Walter passed away on Monday, November 18, 2013.
Walter was a resident of New Orleans, Louisiana at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Janet.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral at The Upper Room Bible Church, 8600 Lake Forest Blvd., NOLA on Monday, November 25, 2013 for 10:00 am. Interment is in Providence Park, 8200 Airline Dr., Metairie, LA. Visitation begins at 9:00 am in the church.
