Ruby Brown Hibbs, 86, passed away January 21, 2014 in Metairie, La. She is the daughter of the late William D. and Azelia (LeBourgouis) Brown. She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Howard L. Hibbs and son Keith. Two brothers Alton (Charlene) and Ernie (Jean).
