David Hobbs Barker, Jr., 66, of Thibodaux passed away January 15, 2013 after a lengthy illness.
He is survived by beloved longtime companion Carol Lawes; daughter Jessica; brothers, Glen DeWitt Barker and wife Donna and Marc Barker and wife Mary. He is preceded in death by father, David Hobbs Barker, Sr.; mother, Nancy R. Barker; sister, Nancy Lagarde; step-grandson, Luke Simoneaux. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, and six step-grandchildren.
